
Kim's Story
Kim is a dedicated life coach who began her coaching journey in 2023 through the Federal Internal Coach Training Program, where she gained valuable experience coaching federal government employees. She is currently pursuing a coaching certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the leading global organization for professional coaches.

She recently retired from the federal government after more than 36 years of service. Kim held a wide range of leadership roles in strategic planning, organizational development, leadership and human resources development, conference and event planning, and advisory committee management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Community Development from the University of Maryland.

Her coaching style creates a supportive, thought-provoking environment that encourages reflection, creative problem-solving, and empowered decision-making. She partners with clients to set purposeful goals, navigate challenges, and unlock their full potential.
